Kassiopi hasn't changed, still a beautiful place. Our room was spotless and modern - it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, so glad I took my own! The pool area provided great entertainment every day. Watching certain people trying to get the same sunbeds and parasols was hilarious.. Food at the hotel was fine and edible, but a trip into town is a must for a real flavour of Greece.

Staff is very helpful. It is hard to assess rooms because they differ a lot. We have changed our room after 2 days of stay and the one which we moved in was much better than the previous one. The pools (apart from the one next to all-inclusive bar) are almost empty so our kids enjoyed it. The bus to the nearby beaches is a nice solution. The supermarket is 20 meters from the reception. Food is quite OK but breakfast could be more diverse. The sweets are great though. Rooms are quite clean.
